It was a pretty typical April weekend, teasing us with pretty weather and then turning cold again. Hopefully we have some nice Spring weather coming soon.
The Real Estate market in the Tulsa area seems to be warming with the weather. We are seeing more Buyer and Seller activity in most price ranges. Our first time home buyer price ranges are getting the most activity. With interest rates at record lows and the $8,000 Federal incentive, there has rarely been a better time to buy. If you are thinking of buying a home or if you are a move up or move down buyer, don’t wait. If you are going to take advantage of these interest rates or the incentive, you need to do it NOW.
